Shipping policy

Welcome to Nam Fruits! Here’s everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders across Canada.

1. Order Processing Times

Orders are prepared Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays).

Standard processing time is 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

During peak periods (e.g. holidays or new launches), please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently ship across Canada using Canada Post and Purolator:

  • Canada Post Expedited Parcel: 1–7 business days (includes tracking)
  • Purolator Ground: 1–6 business days (includes tracking)
  • Purolator Express: 1–2 business days (includes tracking)

Tracking numbers are provided with every shipment so you can follow your package every step of the way.

3. Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 CAD (before tax).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your postal code, weight, and carrier selected.

4. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

Please note: If tracking hasn’t updated right away, your package may still be waiting for pickup by the carrier.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you’ve made a mistake, contact us immediately at info@namfruits.com — we may be able to update it if your order hasn’t been processed yet.

Nam Fruits is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Re-shipping costs due to address errors

6. Delays & Liability

Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times are out of our control.

Nam Fruits is not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage in transit.

If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number
  • We're happy to help guide you through the next steps if needed
